Alcuni consigli per l’uso
Eccezionale condimento che trova larghissimo e comodo uso in cucina per preparare finissime pietanze calde e fredde.
Ottima servita su pane, fette biscottate, bruschette, tartine, e per farcire panini, tramezzini e colazioni.
Può essere servita da sola o abbinata ad altri prodotti come antipasto.
Ideale per la praticità d’impiego, nella preparazione di primi piatti (penne ed altri formati di pasta). Basta sciogliere, in olio di oliva bollente, la Bombona, e saltare in padella la pasta scolata al dente; a piacere, come tocco finale, una spolverata di parmigiano o pecorino.
Ingrediente molto apprezzato anche come piccantino sulla pizza.
