On the plateau of Fai della Paganella at about 1,000 meters above sea level, Paolo Per lot manufactures and sells directly in the company of the following varieties of white and yellow potatoes (ready by the end of July): Majestic, Kennebec, Vivaldi, Cicero, Desirè, Liseta. It also offers cabbages and other vegetables in season.
From this year sold 4 new products in collaboration with two laboratories in Val di Gresta: jam of red and white currant, red currant compote, the currant chutney and vegetable stock cube, with personal recipe. All made with certified organic products company.
