The Parco Produce Consortium was formed in 1996 to offer the BIOLOGICAL productions of its members. It consists of seven farms that fall in the mountain district of Abruzzo in the Majella National Park and the National Park of Abruzzo.

The bio-diversity of the environment of origin, the different processing characteristics of the various local traditions make each of our products a unique and singular for flavor, aroma and shape but always marked by the quality and originality of origin.

Our products are the result of remote selections of animals and raw materials obtained again by natural criteria and are therefore biologically Collateralised in terms of expected law.

In addition to the traditional cheeses of Apennine, obtained from milk from farms certified organic extensive, fed mainly on hay selected polifiti and pastures, are proposed table cheese, cooking, spreads and lattoderivati, all made with raw milk.
