The Company
OUR ACTIVITIES
We are a small family run farm located in the Veneto Po plain: 35 hectares of land at the foot of the hills of Verona (40 km from Lake Garda, 20 km from Verona, 8 km from Isola della Scala, 5 km from the exit Nogarole Rocca, and 15km from Mantova), cultivated with organic cereals and oilseeds (ICEA) since 2000.
Our main vocation is rice, of which we are growers for generations specialized in the "Carnaroli" varieties and "Vialone Nano".
Further processing the collection is handcrafted performed in an ancient and prestigious pile dating back to 1648.
The final product is of very high quality, especially in terms of flavor and sealing of the cooking. Both varieties are offered in three different processes: wholemeal, white and semi-finished product (in our view highly recommended).
The packs of 1 kg of paper (only in winter) or vacuum.
Since 2010 we are in the list of Slow Food, on page 775 of "The Good Land" - the best of Italian food production.
