E-circles.org aims to encourage the formation of Foodcoops (formed by private non-profit) or Commercial (formed by producers or traders with the ability to apply a mark-up on products).

The aim is to promote contact between supply and demand, allowing users to order products from the listed companies, which will then be distributed and paid with the options choiced by the manufacturers.

All data contained in  E-circles.org database can be modified by authorized users who may at any time request the complete deletion of the account.

E-circles.org should not be held responsible for events and / or damage that may result to the user and / or to third parties by the use of this website and / or content, such as damage due to lost profit.

E-circles.org, despite the continuous work aimed at improving the product offered, cannot guarantee neither the reliability, nor the precision, nor the topicality of the contents of this site (for example, the following possible anomalies are mentioned: site not in line, loss or accidental corruption of data, publication of data that is incorrect or obsolete or that do not correspond to the truth or that violate the laws and regulations in force).

E-circles.org can not even no way to verify that the published data correspond to really existing reality or actually occurred transactions as posted by users; these can not, therefore, have no relevance as legal or fiscal type.

E-circles.org undertakes to modify or delete from the site as soon as possible, and in any case within a maximum of 24 hours, all contents reported by users as incorrect, inappropriate, immoral or not in compliance with the laws and regulations in force.
