We are a small family company to biological conduction near Urbino, Marche.

We live in a house site in the town of Urbino and grow since the early 80 fields of our small farm we have tried to lead from the start with respect for the laws of nature. In addition to work in the fields we are dedicated in bee.

Season permitting we have availability of acacia honey and millefiori, the typical varieties of our hills.For greater clarity, some notes on the conduct of the apiaries which guarantees the uniqueness and purity of the honey.

Our apiaries are located 500m above sea level on the hills of Montefeltro, far from busy roads and pollution sources.The conduct of the apiaries from the beginning was carried out without any use of antibiotics to prevent or combat bee diseases.

To combat the Varroa we do not use synthetic chemical products harmful or that leave residues in honey or wax.Do not we feed the bees with syrup or candied marketed because we always leave abundant winter stores.Wax operculum harvested after honey extraction is converted into comb foundations from a wax factory authorized for organic wax processing.

Our apiaries are permanent, that is, they are not transported to different locations for other flowers, thus avoiding the risk of contagion from other apiaries and stress of families.

The honey harvest is centrifuged, matured and put into jars without the use of any machinery that may affect the natural features.

Repeated laboratory tests found no trace of honey in over 80 chemical pesticide molecules, and antibiotics which unfortunately frequently were detected not only in importing honeys but also those of Italian production as evidenced by more consumption.

In 2005, honey of our production has been awarded the quality certificate under the National Competition "Roberto Franci" held in Montalcino that selects among the best Italian honeys. As part of Montelupone Regional Competition organized Assam project study for the wholesomeness of Marche honey we were early winners in the category of acacia honey.

We sell only what is produced here securing the quality and subject to availability of stock.Laboratory, labeling, comply with current standards. The certification of the Mediterranean Institute Certification ensures compliance with organic standards.How good habit in the relationship with the gas groups, we are many available, in fact we hope to receive a visit; both for a greater understanding of the life of bees and the conduct of the apiaries.

Now the month of August is a period of honey extraction and by appointment is a chance to see for yourself our laboratory and follow the stages of the honey extraction.
