The Azienda Agricola Bova Paolo is located in Amaroni in the province of Catanzaro, a small town surrounded by rolling hills in the Ionian Catanzaro area.

A passionate olive grower who had emigrated from Switzerland for a few years in Switzerland and was born thanks to the work of his children, was born by Bova Raffaele.

This extra virgin olive oil, therefore of superior category, comes from the autochthonous variety Carolea, an extraordinary natural "rustic" sculpture that lives on the territory since ancient times, practically unchanged, since it was introduced in cultivation.

It is never excessively bitter and not even spicy, it is delicate and at the same time sapid, it is fine and at the same time rich in fruity notes.
