"La Colombaia" is a farm in the family, who cultivates, organically certified by ICEA, cereals, legumes and potatoes. Among the crops they fall mainly common and durum wheat, some of ancient grains selections, barley, spelled, corn, oats, sunflowers, field beans, chickpeas, beans and potatoes.
In addition, the company, through the use of stone mills and artisan pasta factories (both certified organic), transforms the products in various types of flours and dry pasta bronze drawn.
It is also carried out the transformation into flour for zootechnical use.
