The company "Ciaolatte", made up of 130 hectares of land entirely cultivated with the organic farming method, is based in the villages of Borghetto Sanguinaro and the municipality of Noceto (PR).
Located on the hills around Parma the business complex is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and significant historical origin.
"Ciaolatte" is the name of the same holder has given to the company, to highlight the production cycle which allows the processing of milk into Parmigiano Reggiano.
In fact, the breeding of 250 cattle involves the production of milk, which is processed directly in the farm dairy; the results are dairy products and Parmigiano Reggiano of superior quality, produced in accordance with the EC Regulation 2092/91 of Organic certification (since 1999).
