The Miracco Farm is a rural estate of approximately 50 hectares that has survived for generations. It is characterized by an unwavering passion for our profession and a daily commitment to producing the finest products.

This fertile land was purchased by our grandparents at a time when agriculture and livestock farming began to decline in Italy to make way for industry. Today, our farm, in addition to producing extra virgin olive oil—its primary activity—produces wine, processed dried figs, various types of jams, candied fruit, syrups, cheeses, and cured meats, always respecting traditional methods and meticulously following certified organic cultivation. Anyone who has tasted our genuine products has been won over and continues to faithfully confirm their trust over time.

The company's centuries-old olive trees originate from the spontaneous growth of Ogliastri (wild olives), later grafted by our ancestors with the "dolce di Rossano" variety. This olive is not very large and has a sweet, fragrant pulp that tends to dry out when fully ripe, making it excellent for eating directly on bread or fried with plenty of olive oil and red pepper.

The fragrant, sweet oil with golden highlights and a light aftertaste of fragrant herbs is a delight for our dishes! The company is located in the Santa Sofia d'Epiro area, crossed by the provincial road about three kilometers from the town center, on the Ionian pre-Silane hills at 400 meters above sea level, overlooking the Crati Valley, facing southwest in the north of the province of Cosenza. The view from here is breathtaking, encompassing more than half of the province, from the mouth of the Crati River to the provincial capital.

Sales Point

The farmhouse has a sales point where, in addition to tastings, we also sell our own organic products: oil, fruit, cheeses and cured meats, pasta, peeled tomatoes, and jams made exclusively in-house; meat sourced exclusively from our own farms; traditional desserts and wines.
