The Romagnola PA was founded in 1987 from the collaboration between Roberto Bacchini and Paola Fabbri.
The passion for nature and organic products have led this family, since the early 80s, to deepen knowledge of the properties of the elements and to focus attention on the health aspect related to food. Through the use of flour from cereals other than conventional corn, both alone it is blended to improve the nutritional and flavor, the continuous and constant search for excellence of the product, has led the production, to enrich the basic dough with ennobling elements, to get a unique flavor and to introduce natural principles with health benefits.
