Terra e Pane - Mirvana - International Food

We are a company for 30 years in the organic sector, we started producing tofu and seitan, but had little market, so we thought (whereas already did the soy milk to obtain tofu) to produce only organic vegetable milks.

The extraction installation to make the plant milks has been studied and constructed entirely by us, in order to maintain, during the machining process, the nutritional and organoleptic characteristics of the biological raw materials.

Raw materials are purchased exclusively in Italy, with subsidiaries GMO research and analysis of heavy metals at the entrance, visual and olfactory inspection before being stored.

Our raw materials are: organic rice and organic soy, these raw materials are stored in separate rooms to avoid any contamination, all to make the final product usable for all people even those intolerant or possibly allergic.

The company collaborates with external laboratories for analysis and research: CSA group of Rimini and Neotron of Modena.

The processing residues constitute material for the reproduction of electrical energy in a plant in Castenaso Bologna.

Taking advantage of the external collaboration of a company, from our bio derive a fine powder soluble rice milk we put as the first ingredient in our spreadable cream (like "Nutella"), food is also suitable for children.
