Once upon a time the Carratore who had 12 children: one of them was our grandfather.The large expanse of land that he cultivated, as we found testified in some local history books, our family remained about 2 hectares miraculously survived the large building expansion that has unfortunately characterized our city so little respect for the environment.We asked ourselves how to preserve and enhance this land sustainably and the response has been impressed us was to create a farm that is small, but big in the local context.Small and large is also the objective of making the most of local agriculture, soil fertility, biodiversity and, ultimately, provide genuine products and, therefore, harbingers of health.For necessary prudence, only the smallest of us already devotes full time to the company, but we are confident that the success of this venture will allow the other to join her.We are learning, we are organizing ... we offer small quantities of products that, though, reflect a lifestyle choice that goes against proudly.Alessandra, Elena and Julia
