Mochi The farm covers an area of ​​470 has in the municipalities of Piobbico, Urbania Apecchio, from the valley floor on Candigliano River to the summit of Monte Nerone. The main activity is the breeding of beef cattle according to the cow-calf line. All calves brought to slaughter are born and raised on the farm. Cattle for over 7 months a year are raised in the wild initially in lower pastures around 600 m above sea level then during the summer, with a sugggestiva form of transhumance, on top of the peak of Nero on a large grassland of more than 500 hectares . The totality of fodder and feed used for feeding the cattle is produced in the company, which this year has gone from conventional to organic.

From the environmental point of view the company meets all the requirements of sustainability, low number of animals / ha (extensive farming) use of manure for fertilizer and local seeds for the production of fodder, self-sufficient from an energy point of view thanks to installation of a photovoltaic plant in the roof of the tool shed and animals.
