In the Fattoria Il Palazzo are bred cattle breed Limousine enrolled in the Herd Book at the Provincial Breeders Association of Florence.

The consistency of our herd of about 200 animals, of which 105 are breeding cows, 5 bulls and the rest of the garments is represented by young males and females of various ages. The meat thus obtained are packaged directly from the Giordani family at the new company store, in packs of 25kg, 12kg, 6kg using the vacuum technique, which prevents microbiological contamination of the product during handling steps and handling, as well as maintain unchanged the qualitative characteristics.
