We are in Puglia, in the High Daunia in the province of Foggia in the historic city of Troy, a farming village surrounded by 18,000 hectares of land planted with olive trees, vineyards, cereals and vegetables. Our agri-food company is virtually surrounded by 150 hectares of olive groves, secular in an ancient building of 1500 has always been the olive-press.

Our fixed goal is to produce quality foods, we do not believe in a quality food if it is not even genuine, for this reason we decided since 1982 to produce without the help of chemistry with excellent results.

Indeed, we are certified for organic, IMC Mediterranean Institute of Certification.

We produce in craft and family, extra virgin cold-pressed olive, baked goods especially spelled, preserves, wine in particular "Summarrell" from Nero di Troia IGT original native grapes of our area at least 1500.
