The company Naturopathic Center sas deals with the production and sale of a line of kitchen appliances, new on the market. Members and founders are a cook (legal representative and creator of the recipes) and a naturopathic doctor specializing in nutrition. The product line is called The kitchen of the welfare-Wellness Cooking Trainer®. We have our own production workshop in Senago (MI) and directly carry out the sale through fairs and markets, online, supply to different structures.

We create products of sweet and savory baked goods, creams and sweet and savory sauces, fresh pasta ... catering. The products are fresh, sold in bulk - unwrapped - only made ​​to order, so we have no stock. The peculiarity of our line is that all products are made ​​without gluten, rice, corn, dairy products, sugar, yeast, preservatives. We use only naturally gluten-free flours such as buckwheat, amaranth, quinoa, carob, flour bean pure, dried fruit flour; Sunflower oils and extra virgin olive Italian instead of butter; honey as a sweetener, a good workmanship and only handmade. The ingredients used are organic, possibly purchased directly from farms and producers. We believe, however, that organic production should be reflected with an ethical ideal in the round that we pursue in every choice.

Our products are deliberately made with a few simple ingredients because we want the simplicity, authenticity and flavors that have represented the cuisine of the past to marry with the requirements of a power supply "tailor" who represent the kitchen of the future. We value the seasonality of ingredients -ove possible- paying the utmost attention to their combinations in the interests of health and taste. Our products are free of preservatives, both natural (sugar ...) or artificial (by chemical synthesis).
An uncomfortable choice but allows us to present a real fresh and genuine product.
