Molino Tuzzi

In 1894 Giacomo Tuzzi detects in Dolegna del Collio, in the locality Trussio, a mill with three millstones and there begins the grinding activities for third parties; later, in 1905 also acquired the old stable dating from the thirteenth century.
Of the original building remain to this day the entire structure, the stack for barley, beat cod, the millstone and all transmission components.

Today the mill, run by Adriano joined by his son Henry, turns out to be the only mill in craft activities in the provinces of Gorizia, Trieste and the entire Slovenian territory near the border.
The presence on the territory of the mill is critical to ensure support to the hundreds of small farmers both Italian and Slovenian, keepers of ancient native varieties and the agricultural heritage of the Collio and throughout the area surrounding.

In the 2000s becomes intense l 'teaching with many school visits from across the region thanks to the opening in 2007 of strongly backed by Adriano private museum.
