The company is composed entirely of young people under 35. We collect by hand without using large lorries to limit the use of fossil fuels and bring our olives in selected mills working with innovative technologies that link to water and energy savings. We practice organic agriculture and biological regeneration of soils, autoproduciamo all or most natural preparations for the defense of our plants. The result is an oil with low acidity obtained by cold-pressed olive varieties of ancient olive trees of Salento, fruity scent suitable for any dish.
