Organic Saffron and Fenugreek seeds (Ayurvedic spice, the main ingredient of Indian curry), grown by hand without the use of any pesticide, through the re-cultivation of hilly land that has been uncultivated and abandoned for decades.
Sale of Saffron in whole pistils (packaged in doses of 0.3, 0.5, 1 grams) and Fenugreek seeds (packaged in doses of 50 grams or larger quantities on request).
"In 2012 I left my hometown – Milan – for the countryside, settling in a small hamlet of Sant'Agata Feltria, in the Upper Marecchia Valley. Here I started to live again, focusing on the little things of everyday life and slowly cleaning up my scale of values: starting with respect for myself, others and every single natural element. With this in mind, I carry out my agricultural activity, growing organic saffron since 2014 and Fenugreek since 2022, with mainly manual work and without the use of any pesticide, with the support of woofers (i.e. international volunteers for an intercultural experiential exchange). Saffron, or Crocus Sativus, is a plant that has a great symbolic value for me: small but tenacious, resistant to heat and cold, whose flowering, which occurs only once a year, is a concentrate of beauty, aroma and medicinal properties...".

I bulbi di zafferano, con i quali ho avviato la mia produzione nel 2014, provengono interamente da aziende italiane biologiche: - Azienda Agricola La Steccaia Alta di Armentaro Davide, Civitella Paganico (GR) - Zafferanami, Varedo (Mb)
Per tutte le altre piante ho acquistato sementi biologiche certificate dal gruppo tedesco Jelitto.
