The company was founded in 2007 to promote the image and the most interesting aspects

of Sicily.
The products are not part of the conventional line, but they are only niche or biological and therefore difficult to find even in delicatessen shops.
The sausages, for example, are derived from local pigs, and are therefore guaranteed by the protected designation of origin (PDO), the norm that most of all guarantees the consumer, while so many other products, especially the oil and the wine vegetables cheese and processed, they are organic.
In any case, all the products are obtained through traditional methods and have the special quality and typical due to an intimate bond with the geological, agricultural and climatic inimitable Sicilian territory.
