Our products consist of vegetables and fruit such as various types of tomatoes (cuore di bue, datterini, piccadilly) green Genoese zucchini, zucchini (smaller and more tender) aubergines, butternut pumpkins, salad (red oak leaf/blonde, canasta), salad onions (white, red, blond), broad beans, chickpeas, plums, oranges, mandarins, bitter oranges, chinotto, persimmons, figs, hazelnuts. Processed products: Jams of: chinotto, bitter oranges, plums and apples, apples, figs, grapefruit and apples, peaches. 

Ghee: is a pure form of butter, without lactose and casein and is obtained from Valtellinese Alpine butter following the traditional Ayurvedic process.
