The company practice organic farming (that are not used chemicals hazardous to health) and produces mainly citrus fruits (oranges, tangerines and lemons), vegetables, fruit and olives, from which the extra virgin olive oil is obtained; also used for the preparation of preserves and jams.The main vegetables grown are: zucchini, squash, eggplant, peppers, tomatoes, green beans, beans, corn, peas, etc. In the area grow, spontaneously, even wild capers and artichoke hearts with which they are made preserves.
