The adventure Apulian Selection begins in 2012 in the vineyards of Vallenza, in the heart of Puglia close to the mountains of southeastern Murgia.

Giovanni Semeraro, owner of the company, aims to promote a niche product and to enhance the national and international territory. Thanks to its constant and uninterrupted training, associated with external consultants to research centers, universities and laboratories, as well as recipes and experiences passed down in the family for generations, produces wine, oil and preserves quality.

To date the company into Apulian Selection of Organic Agriculture regime follows the product specification reg. EC 834/2007 and is licensed brand Quality Products Puglia. The Apulian Selection has several hectares of land with different cropping addresses, distributed in the territory of Puglia. The Apulian Selection is divided mainly into four business units: The Cellars Pajare for the wine sector; Four Hills for the olive sector; La Capasa for the canning industry; Sfizi di Puglia for the baked goods industry.
