The company is in a small village in the lower Mantua countryside, away from industrial and road networks activities. The main activity is the production of kiwifruit, grown on two separate grounds. The management is family run.

Care and ingenuity of Mr Beaks make the sustainable production cycle and practically organic, although not certified, for example, in some cases to facilitate the maturation are juxtaposed apples to kiwi.

The storage of kiwifruit is done in "rooms" that maintain the ideal temperature to products without the aid of electronic refrigerations and thus allowing a natural aging.

The company intends to apply for organic certification of one of the two plots.
