On a small plot in one of the most picturesque of the Gargano, in the countryside of Mattinata,

province of Foggia, my family decided to take up the legacy of his family, and value the extra virgin oil production on those lands that have grown my father.

The farm property, dating back to the early 1900s and not forget that rural heritage today become a profession.

The traditionally bred cultivars, is the ogliarola Gargano here reflects the beneficial influence of air coming from the sea and is harvested mechanically, conferred in the mill and processed within 6 hours of collection to preserve the organoleptic properties.

Besides the oil, we also produce some other niche products: such as olives in brine capers and wild oregano.

As a family business from this year our products can proudly vaunt to have recognition under the National Institute of Biological Control ICEA.

For some years we have relationships with certain groups of solidarity purchases, because we share the philosophy of GAS and believe that quality with commitment and especially with respect to the environment.
