Azienda Agricola Campelli

Our farm is nestled in the green hills of Langhirano, and all is known as "The Cooker". The Campelli family runs in precisely the cultivation and cattle breeding, with the help of qualified personnel. Our cows are not tied, and in 2012 the works were carried out to the barn, in compliance with European rules for the "Animal Welfare", such as making a paddock for dairy animals, a large enclosure to ensure to cows younger a healthy and proper growth. We have about 70 hectares of land cultivated for forage, respecting crop rotation, alternating with alfalfa grains, organically grown. From 2015 we started to work our milk separately and it is our interest to succeed in making organic the whole production process, although the Parmigiano Reggiano is, in itself, already a highly natural cheese and without any preservative.

For us it is very important to meet in person or call us in the company who harbors some interest in the Parmigiano Reggiano to raise awareness of our reality, to know and to clarify any possible doubt or uncertainties on!
