The Company
Dear Coordinator, we are a brother and sister we lead a 'farm located in Caltabellotta (prov. AG) Sicily, extended 18 hectares planted mostly with olive and almond groves with Biological cultivation since 2007, certified by ICEA Biosi.
We're ushering in the oil market this year and we want to make ourselves known.
Our oil comes from the milling of Biancolilla olives, which give it the unmistakable green color with golden highlights and its natural cloudy appearance.
It is appreciated for its excellent full-bodied and round flavor of olive green with a hint of bitter and spicy. It also has a fruity intense and strong, with hints of almond.
As it regards the almonds may have shelled vacuum in 250g packs, 500g, 1kg, 2kg, 5kg, 10kg.
