Among the hills of Monferrato, on the borders of the uncontaminated Park Marcarolo Capanne, we find Farmhouse Boccia, a small farm with one and half hectares of vineyard.

In wines that are produced in Cascina Boccia exude the personality and passion of someone who cares. Wines are sincere, alive, that intrigue. The genuine wine is like the homemade bread, good in its simplicity, to drink by eating as a pleasure for its own sake.

The vineyard is exposed to the sun from sunrise to sunset, the rare red clay earth Ovada breeds centenarian vines of Dolcetto and Barbera, but also some younger spin replanted in 2008. The yield is deliberately low for compliance with the old screws and to get few grapes, but concentrated which allows to obtain intense wines, full-bodied.

Dolcetto d'Ovada is presented as a full wine, elegantly tannic.

Barbera del Monferrato is harvested until late October, this allows to mitigate the acidity typical of the grape variety and obtain a wine with a high alcohol content, structure and softness.

These qualities allow it to evolve and be refined through years giving pleasant surprises to those who he is facing.

The Razzle Dazzle is born from the union of the previous two: the softness and tannins of Dolcetto adds texture and aromas of Barbera. The result is a playful and elegant wine that invites conviviality.

The rosé is obtained spills some juice from freshly pressed quintal barbera. After allowing it to settle overnight it is fermented slowly at low temperature, in order to obtain a young wine, fresh and rich of the vintage perfumes.

Bastide Petanque is a small simple and true reality.
