A family-run farm, established within a large estate in the heart of the Po Valley, with the aim of producing high-quality, genuinely wholesome meat.

For some time, we had been thinking about bringing livestock back to the farm, like in the old days, because we believe that good farming and good animal husbandry support and complement each other.

We chose the Chianina breed because it is an ancient breed, not well suited to intensive farming systems, and it needs to be raised following the traditional methods of rural farms.

Today, our full herd consists of about 30 purebred Chianina cattle, all registered in the Herd Book of the Italian Chianina Breed, carefully selected for purity and under the constant supervision of ARAL and ANABIC.

In our small farm, the animals live freely, able to move around and interact.

The mothers care for their calves until they begin to feed independently, nourished exclusively with forage from our own fields. The healthy lifestyle our animals lead strengthens their immune systems, allowing us to minimize the use of medication.

This is why our meat is so healthy, genuine, and truly natural.

It’s meat of the highest quality—red and flavorful, yet tender and lean, with a firm texture—perfect for a healthy, balanced diet.

You can purchase it by reservation directly at the farm or request home delivery.

The meat is offered in various package options, each containing a specific assortment of vacuum-sealed cuts, individually weighed and labeled, all coming from a single animal.
