On the slopes of Colle San Giovanni, the olive trees of the family Azzarelli thrive for a long, long time.For over three generations, in fact, our family founded its own exercises on the care of the olive and the careful, careful extraction.

The founder was Joseph Azzarelli, olive trees pruning expert who transmitted to his son Francesco love and attention to the olive tree, which in turn did the same with his son Peter.Peter and his son Fabio is now head of the family company which over the years has evolved and expanded.
