Goodmorning everyone.My name is Lucia Iannotta and are the owner of the farm.We are in Sonnino, in the province of Latina, and for over 50 years we produce extra virgin olive oil single variety extracted from 4000 plants only cultivar Itrana in 15 hectares of olive grove.We are an artisan, family run, with that tradition, passion and hard work get a high quality product, the aromas and flavors characteristic of our land.We follow the entire cycle: from collection (hand exclusively and directly from the plant) to milling (which takes place in the modern oil mill family within 8 hours following the collection) to the decanting and packaging done by hand.Our extra virgin is deep green and has a olfactory spectrum of striking magnitude that gives aromas ranging from herbs to almonds, from tomato to artichoke.
