Rigò, The Italian Extravirgin Olive Oil.

The oil has a particular taste, thanks to the nature of the soil, the mix of different cultivars (Noc. Messinese, Carolea, Noc. Belice, Grossa di Gerace) and the olive tree grove’s exposure to the sun from sunrise to sunset. The harvest takes place between October and November, exclusively by hand picking with the help of some combs. This method preserves the integrity of drupes that transported in airy boxes, are pressed in the same day, by cold pressing with mechanical process. This allows us to obtain a high quality oil, rich in herbal aromas and medium spicy. Thanks to its characteristic of an intense fruity oil, it is suitable especially for grilled meat and fish.
