The Company
Breeding in the wild cattle and pigs was semi.
The Azienda Agricola Martelli Daniele is located in Loc. Torriola Belforte All'Isauro (PU) where, with over 90 hectares of land between forests, wooded pastures and crops, breeds under extensive cattle and pigs and is able to offer quality greater food safety and at reasonable prices.
Everything that is produced within the company is used exclusively to feed their livestock during the winter season, such as forage, barley, maize and triticale; during the summer the cattle are left free to pasture in the Natural Park Sasso Simone and Simoncello.
In the company there are about 120 head of cattle including calves and mares and are managed directly all stages: reproduction, birth, weaning and fattening.
The cattle raised features of the IGP, DOC and 5R and of course are all GMO.
There are also about 30 pigs fed with cereals also respecting the ancient rural tradition.
Finally, the processing is done in their laboratory Sant'Angelo in Vado (PU) with specialists in the various cuts.
