All operations (harvesting, packaging and shipping) are made by hand on the same day and then it's like having the plant ORANGE UNDER HOUSE.

Harvesting begins in the first decade of November with the Orange Navellino and then in December with the Washington Navel Orange until the month of April.

Moreover, the company cultivates a grove of "Biancolilla" variety which gives excellent quality oil, as the collection takes place at the moment when the maturation begins to avoid that they complement all the fat, so obtaining an oil with acidity that goes from 0 , 2 to 0.5 fruity, velvety with sweet taste back - light green color with shades of gold.
