Love for the land, spirit of sacrifice, desire to pass on a tradition, wants to relaunch the territory, these are the values ​​that we carry in our tireless work. The company is located in the territory of Castellana Grotte, limestone plateau of the land of the trulli and caves, 300 meters above sea level on loose soils, poor and very sunny. The centuries-old olive groves mostly selected by the nature of the beautiful places, know how to live together and tell the Trulli who knows how many faces.

The oil produced is extra virgin, only the intrinsic aromatic qualities, the result of ancient varieties of the territory. But not only olive trees, in the company there are hives of Apis mellifera Ligustica, cherry orchards and almond groves that give us every year splendid fruits. The fields, surrounded by dry stone walls, built stone by stone by our ancestors, who cleaned up the rocky fields creating boundary walls. Today it is our interest to preserve them in time for future generations with maintenance works.

Since 2010 we converted 10 hectares to organic farming business, espousing the idea of ​​a more healthy and balanced agriculture and in 2015 the idea of ​​enhancing our products and let consumers get to you the magic of Puglia.
