We have a small herd of cattle BREED MARCHIGIANA (approximately 50 animals) to entirely family run.The animals live free and cows in the spring and summer have a large pasture.Breeding is powered entirely with hay, straw and cereal flour products internally. The company has a cultivated area of ​​30 hectares. We do not buy feed externally.As regards the crops do not use fertilizers and chemicals (the soil is enriched with the manure of domestic production).For the moment we are not certified organic by any institution but we are willing to do so if it were necessary.We also have a workshop / store and tasting where the customer can choose whether to eat meat on the spot and / or buy it.
