The farm Volcano is situated on the unspoilt hills overlooking the Ionian Sea. The company covers an area of ​​60 hectares within which cultivate their olive groves, secular varieties "Dolce di Rossano" which produces excellent extra virgin olive oil BIO PDO "BRUZIO - Hills Joniche Presilane" and other specialized plants of different cultivars: Coratina, Nocellara, Carolea, Tondina, from which we get valuable single variety.

In cultivating their olives, the company strictly follows the principles of organic farming, as a result, under the control of the institution certifying Soil and Health, its products are certified organic.
