Azienda Agrituristica Tenuta Pizzolungo

In western Sicily, where olive production has been going on for centuries, theTenuta Pizzolungo farm produces extra-virgin olive oil.

The oil is a blend of the most ancient Sicilian cultivars: ogliarola, nocellara and biancolilla, knowingly harmonized into a product of excellent quality.

The olives are harvested at the beginning of October, cleaned and brought immediately to the oil-mill.

The pressing, rigorously cold-pressed, is performed in the same day of the harvest, while the decantation is natural and without filtering.

The result is an oil with distinct peculiarities: golden green colour, intense penetrating fragrance, harmonic flavour, sweet characteristics, medium fruitiness.

The yearly production is approximately 4000 bottles.
