Banda Biscotti is an Italian prison economy project.
We chose to produce biscuits within the multifaceted penitentiary environment because we believe that a different prison is possible. Every day, stories of people are shut in behind bars, just waiting to be listened: Banda Biscotti feds on these stories... and kneads them with organic and carefully selected ingredients.
