The Azienda Agricola Salvatore Pasquale is a young and dynamic, deeply rooted in the territory, tradition and authenticity, situated in Ururi, a small village on the lower Molise hills, 30 km from the Adriatic Sea.

The company was founded by the determination of Pasquale Salvatore to exploit their land and products derived from it by following the footsteps of his father Donato and drawing on the experience accumulated by their ancestors occupied by farmers for more than six generations; the farm has vineyards, olive groves, orchards and various crops, treated with commitment and hard work in the respect of the family tradition with integrated and conventional cultivation methods with maximum respect for the environment and territory.

The vineyards are situated in the district of Bosco Pontoni in the territory of S. Martino in Pensilis at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level with a very well-structured soils and stony which enjoy a very favorable climate, typically Mediterranean, warm and windy . The training system is rigorously espalier with a density of about 4000 vines per hectare.The territory of Molise has always been particularly suited for growing grapes for the composition of the soil and its climate. local finds dating from the fifth century BC during the age of the Samnites and Osci, two pre-Roman civilization, and subsequent references in the works of Pliny the Elder during the Roman era, witness the presence in the Molise region of vines already in age ancient. "Rutilia" - Terre Osci IGT Tintilia - Vol 14% - 100% from grapes Tintilia, vine native of Molise - an authentic expression of the most typical of native vines of Molise, the subject of discovery and exploitation by CANTINE SALVATORE, amazes with its pleasant spicy notes and its full flavor and balanced touched by a subtle and enveloping tannic sensation.

"Biberius" - Molise Rosso DOC - 13.5% - from 100% Montepulciano grapes - impresses with its deep ruby ​​red color with evident violet shades and the body often and persistent, complemented by a clear but not aggressive tannins that leaves room an aftertaste of red berries.
