Cascina Dulcamara pursues the objective of Agriculture Natural, opposing the "weeds" without chemicals, but only with mechanical and natural methods (plants antagonistic, green manure, intercropping).
All this is not easy, and now has been fully realized in the cultivation of cereals, which are certified ORGANIC since January 2009, and since 2010, all our other products are certified BIOLOGICAL (apples, walnuts, hazelnuts).
