The Company
The brothers Rossi (Sebastian Samuel Saura), land surveyors specialized in food chemistry, after a childhood spent with his father cheesemaker in the sixties, have transformed the dairy farm of the old social cooperative in a private company, where the passion for a unique worldwide product , joins another specialization in the chemical and technology industry dairy. In a few years the brothers Rossi managed to make it more modern and actual the CASEIFICIO OF MAROLA. The craftsmanship, however, still faithfully respects the tradition of Reggiano Parmesan, born here eight centuries ago.
