Our cooperative was founded in the early 60, the strength of men who believed in their work, a job passed down through generations always punctuated by the slow passing of the seasons.And it is the seasons that still characterize our lives, that silent and humble farmer job done with love and dedication to their land, their cultural traditions, their own community.We are here today to offer you our best product, because only good things as they used to be remain impressed on him that he comes in contact. | Zone prevalentemente agricole, nelle quali le attività principali ruotano attorno alla coltivazione della terra, all’allevamento delle vacche da latte per la produzione del superlativo Parmigiano Reggiano, alla lavorazione delle carni suine: il maiale qui è assoluto protagonista della tavola (dai cotechini alla spalla cotta, dai salami a “sua maestà” il Culatello) e si affianca a una nutrita serie di altre delizie enogastronomiche. |

| Il nostro caseificio nasce alla fine degli anni 60, all'epoca grande struttura produttiva, oggi piccola realtà quasi "aziendale": siamo rimasti 5 soci (dei quali uno in procinto di chiudere l'attività per raggiunti limiti di età), con una produzione di circa 10/12 forme di parmigiano reggiano al giorno. |
| Vista la nostra piccola produzione abbiamo deciso di offrire direttamente il nostro prodotto al consumatore finale, garantendo serietà ed una qualità elevata del nostro formaggio, dovuta a dedizione e metodi di lavoro curati in tutte le loro fasi. |
