My father with other partners founded the Agricultural Cooperative Poggio alle Fonti di San Gimignano was founded in 1982 becoming part of the first companies pioneer in natural and organic farming. Over the years it has specialized in the production of vegetables, fruit and vegetables and in their transformation into sauces, sauces and mustards.

The transmission from father to son for ethical values ​​and plant studie made me born interest in herbal medicine and general health in a holistic sense. So after getting his diploma in Naturopathy, I with my partner Stefania we started parallel to this activity a production of medicinal and aromatic herbs that turn into herbal teas, syrups, juices and herbal oils. We also dedicate ourselves to 2 probiotic fermented beverages: Water Kefir and Kombucha.

the latter products are (from herbal teas and above) who would like to propose to the buying groups in solidarity.
The herbs we use are the result of the cultivation work in the cooperative land or wild harvesting in uncontaminated soil. Our study and our passion get the best quality products.

Unlike my father products, at the time we decided not to fulfill the paperwork necessary to bring the brand organic label. This is because the bulk of papers to fill out is such that we should sacrifice a lot of time for this, taking it to the care of the most important aspects of our work.
