The Company
Sweetness and craftsmanship with organic certification. These are the fundamental values that characterize From Cont Delicat them. The company, founded in 2015 in Bressa Campoformido (UD), manufactures confectionery products made with honey, organic, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan certified, using selected raw materials and as local as possible.
The secret ingredient is the gold of the bees: the family business, Honey From Cont , specializes in the production of organic honey since 1979 with more than 60 hives. The link with the area is very important and it confirms the choice of the same company name: From Cont takes the nickname of the Gobbo family members in the 19th century, sharecroppers employed by a Lombard Count who lived just Bressa. The name "Chei from cont" (those of Count) also indicates the age-old agricultural tradition of the Hunchback, to which we add the traditional know-how of young entrepreneur, formed and enterprising.

La materia prima essenziale, il miele, è autoprodotta dall'azienda apistica di famiglia, Miele Dal Cont. Raccogliamo miele di varietà tipiche regionali (acacia, ailanto, tiglio/castagno, millefiori con tarassaco, millefiori con melata, millefiori di alta montagna) nei nostri apiari sul territorio friulano.
La frutta secca arriva da un'azienda siciliana che produce mandorle, nocciole e pistacchi bio a Sinagra, in provincia di Messina, all'interno del parco regionale dei Nebrodi.
Le uova provengono da allevamenti certificati biologici con sede in provincia di Udine, prodotte da galline allevate a terra in libertà.
Il burro è fornito da un caseificio biologico locale, situato al confine tra Friuli Venezia Giulia e Veneto, tra il Cadore e le Alpi friulane.
Cioccolato e cacao, biologici e certificati fairtrade, li acquistiamo da una grande azienda italiana che lavora il prodotto grezzo nel suo stabilimento in provincia di Lecco.
