The Company
Currently it covers 250 hectares of land, partly planted with cereals, partly for grazing of about 1000 sheep Sardinian breed. Consequently, it is ensured the production of excellent milk, processed cheese factory in the annex, where it produces cheese of various seasoning, ricotta, raveggiolo, tomini and baccellone.
E 'in 1990 that the final transformation takes place and the company is set to become what it is today: a leading producer of organic cheeses. Its products, high quality, are exported all over the world.
It is also produced olive oil with organic farming in compliance with the vital principles that inspired it.
The oil is not filtered, the olives are picked by hand directly from the tree.
Cold performed, this last allows you to maintain the characteristics of the oil.
The Lischeto farm offers its premises for the tasting of products to all guests of the farm, also located inside this company.
