Fattoria San Michele is situated in the hills of Bassano del Grappa, at the foot of the Plateau of Asiago. The company is mainly made up of a stable of dairy cows, mainly Brown Swiss, which is distinguished by the quality of milk and a dairy farm, which for several years has been producing high-quality cheeses, setting itself three main goals:-Offer a product supported by the authenticity that brings to the ancient traditions of taste;-recover a direct relationship with the now weary consumer to buy products where the packaging has the prevalence on the content;-Give a meaning to our work by transmitting to future generations the values of relationship with nature, animals and people that are the basis of our existence.The milk is processed into these types of cheese: Caciotta, ricotta, tosella, soft cheese, seasoned San Michele, but mainly sweet Asiago.Moreover, the product is characterized by ASIAGO DOP label since the Fattoria San Michele is within the production area of Asiago cheese.

| L'azienda, presente sul territorio da più di cinquant'anni, era nata principalmente come stalla di vacche da latte. La razza prescelta era, e lo è tuttora la bruno alpina, per le sue eccelse proprità del latte. Dopo essersi imposta con numerosi premi per la qualità delle sue vacche in varie mostre a livello provinciale, regionale e nazionale, negli ultimi anni, Fattoria San Michele ha intrapreso la strada nella produzione di formaggi. |
