Fiordimonte is a company operating nationally and internationally in the production and marketing of conventional and organic dry pasta, using durum wheat semolina milled from Italian grains and fresh Italians eggs. We offer an artisanal and genuine pasta, with authentic and refined flavors in an uncontaminated area among the Sibillini mountains, surrounded by the gentle slopes of the Marche hills; a territory where the bright yellow of the wheat cultivations bent by the wind and the verdant vineyards revive ancient poetic memories that are the protagonists of solid traditions.

Fiordimonte pasta is an excellence of our territory, worked with ancient craft techniques, made with the best durum wheat semolina of the territory, carefully selected to obtain the perfect mix of semolina, cold water and eggs.

The pasta is thick, golden, rough and porous, it perfectly holds every type of sauce, giving life to first courses that are the pride of Marche and Italian cuisine. The accurate artisanal process is a tribute to the ancient traditions, like homemade egg pasta, made from pastry sheets hand-stretched by the grandmothers, from which they use to create the rough tagliatelle served to celebrate on big tables while waiting to bring together all the diners.
