The extra virgin olive oil PEACOCK comes from a long tradition of olivicultori handed down for three generations. The olives are grown entirely in the countryside of Castellaneta, set in the heart of the Murge Tarantino, a strip of land of Puglia is rich in history and ancient perfumes of the Mediterranean.
The cultivation and production methods are respectful of nature and, combining the ancient method of crushing with granite millstones to the most advanced technologies, the PEACOCK mill is able to cancel any kind of environmental impact, and gives rise to a characteristic color oil green with golden hues, which has an intense fruity flavor of freshly picked olives.
Thus, the extra virgin olive PEACOCK is fine and delicate, fragrant taste and slightly spicy, and always with an acidity less than 0.4%.
